
1. Prioritise - Identify the most important tasks that need to be done and put these at the top of your to do list.
2. Focus - contrary to what you might think, multi tasking is not necessarily the best way to be productive. Taking on one task at a time adn completing it well before moving on actually helps you to stay in the zone, feel in control and produce higher quality work.
3. Ditch the distractions - This is a tough one as distractions are EVERYWHERE! I try turning off non-essential notifications, closing unnecessary tabs or apps and ensuring I am in a quiet space which is conducive to concentration and focus.

4. Time block - This requires discipline but it make a big difference if you can stick to it. I allocate specific time blocks for different tasks or activities throughout my day. It helps me stay focused.
5. Delegate - Let go of the stuff that can be done by others and trust them to be handled. Without doubt, this will free up your time for more critical tasks.
